About the Store
Pumpkins is a children's wear clothing and accessories boutique where you can find something for almost every occasion. We first opened our doors in 1991 in the Village of Williamsville. During our 30+ years of experience we have continued to grow and become a staple in many households around Buffalo, NY. We pride ourselves in our selection of fine clothing and choose brands that have the highest standards in affordability, durability, & style!
The store was re-branded in 2024 under new ownership. This re-brand included a shoppable website, faster checkout experience, curated inventory to meet our target customer, and more room to shop in stores! Our main mission is to help your child bloom & grow at every stage in their journey through childhood.

Store Policies
RETURNS
Unworn/unwashed clothing & shoes are eligible for returns up to seven (7) days after purchasing. After seven (7) days, you will receive store credit to use. This store credit does NOT expire and can be used on anything in the store. We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our guidelines.
Any Items listed as "Special Occasion" or "Special Orders" CANNOT be returned and are FINAL SALE. This includes Communion & Christening items such as gowns, suits, socks, tights, shoes, veils, headpieces, gloves, & purses. All Christening items (gowns, shoes, bibs, & socks) are final sale.
NON-RECEIPTED RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
EXCHANGES
Apparel/Shoes can be exchanged for a different size/style/color with a receipt. We are more than happy to swap out an item that doesn't work for you!
GIFT RECEIPTS
Any unworn/unwashed clothing can be swapped out for anything in the store with a valid gift receipt. We kindly ask if you are exchanging to please exchange in the season you received the item(s) to receive something comparable. Can't shop the day you are exchanging/returning gift items? No worries! You will receive store credit to use on a future purchase.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Items purchased online can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. If an item is ordered & shipped - please email us for a shipping label to send the item back. Any items purchased under the "SALE" section are FINAL SALE when purchased online.
